thank you for perfect stay, having setting to saint mark's square. staff is affable, great job everyone. the location is favourable - close to the vaporetto station as well as venice. the accommodation is situated close to the bar.

The location of the hotel is really convenient as it is near to many attractions in the city. It is situated very near to Cà D'Oro vaporetto station, making it easy to travel around Venice. Additionally, it is only a short distance away from Saint Mark's Square, allowing guests to easily access this popular tourist spot. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, making the overall service experience pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine available for guests to use.
There were some minor maintenance issues in the rooms, such as chipped wall paint and rusty bits on the bathroom radiator. Although these issues did not greatly impact the overall stay, it would have been better if these small details were taken care of.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all of the city's attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a large bedroom and nice bathroom. The facilities, including the washing machine, were great. The coffee shop in front of the apartment had the best coffee and croissants in town. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay in the city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the city and close to everything I wanted to see in Venice. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great, including the comfortable bed and pillows in the bedroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided me with great local tips. The fact that the hotel was not noisy, despite being on a busy street, was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Ca'Doro vaporetto stop, making transportation around the city easy.
